GENERAL

  • How long have you been an artist?

I’ve been an artist for the past 5 years concentrating on sculpture, more specifically fountains.

  • What are your biggest inspirations?

Classical Fountains of Rome and Contemporary Fountains of George Tsutakawa

  • What media do you use?

I’m a mixed media artist that enjoys using a vast array of materials from metal to acrylic to stone.

  • Do you create custom/commissioned work?

  • What are your payment terms?

All online purchases are to be paid in full upon purchase. All commissioned work requires a 50% deposit based upon the total.

  • Do you have a return/cancellation policy?

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please note all sales are FINAL. We accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit.

All pieces are guaranteed for the 1st year based on workmanship provided that customer has a receipt or proof of purchase. Then you must return the damaged item, upon our receiving it we will then ship a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS: Online can be cancelled/refunded within the first 48, Custom orders can be cancelled but deposits will not be refunded.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

FOB, Miami Fl. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

  • What happens if my piece is lost or stolen in transit?

MichaelGitter.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request MichaelGitter.com will confirm delivery details to customer for personal investigation.

  • Does your work come with a certificate of authenticity?

All pieces are engraved/etched with artist signature and numbered within its series.

  • Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?

No, we are not currently lending any of our pieces.

  • In what galleries is your art currently available throughout the world?

  • Do you offer customers assistance with the setup of your works?

Yes, we currently offer local installation and custom installation depending upon the piece.
